What to expect when you buy electronics from Electronix Hub.

Our commitment

Every device we sell is inspected and tested before it reaches our shelf or your order. We stand behind the quality of what we sell and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Warranty coverage by product type

  • New, sealed products: manufacturer warranty applies where available.
  • Open-box and pre-owned devices: 30-day store warranty against hardware defects not caused by misuse.
  • Accessories and third-party items: warranty as stated on the product listing or packaging.

What is covered

Our store warranty covers functional hardware defects that appear during normal use within the warranty period — for example, a phone that will not power on, a laptop keyboard that stops working, or a console that will not read discs when sold as working.

What is not covered

  • Accidental damage, liquid damage, or physical abuse.
  • Normal wear such as battery degradation within expected limits.
  • Software issues, account locks, or carrier restrictions not disclosed at sale.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications after purchase.
