Agreement
By using electronixhub.net, placing an order, or selling a device to us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Purchases
- All prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
- Product descriptions, images, and availability are subject to change.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including for pricing errors or suspected fraud.
- Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery or in-store pickup, as applicable.
Selling & trade-ins
- Online quotes are estimates; final offers are confirmed after we inspect your device.
- You represent that you own the device and have the right to sell it.
- You must remove personal data, accounts, and passcodes before selling or shipping a device.
- We may adjust or decline an offer if the device condition differs from what was described.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Electronix Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a transaction is limited to the amount you paid us for that transaction, or the amount we paid you when you sold a device, as applicable.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
