How we ship shop orders, how to send devices when you sell to us, and our return guidelines.

Shop orders — shipping

Orders placed through our online shop are processed after payment is confirmed. Shipping times and carriers depend on your location and product availability.

Local customers may choose in-store pickup at our Houston or Chicago area location when that option is available at checkout.

Typical processing times

  • In-stock items usually ship within 1–3 business days.
  • You will receive tracking information by email when your order ships.
  • Delivery times vary by carrier and destination after the package leaves our store.

Selling to us — shipping your device

When you choose to ship a device instead of visiting in person, we will provide shipping instructions after you submit your quote request.

Pack your device securely, remove personal accounts and passcodes, and use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit before they reach us.

Returns & exchanges

If there is a problem with an item you purchased from us, contact us within 14 days of delivery or pickup with your order details and a description of the issue.

Returns are accepted for defective or misrepresented items as described at the time of sale. Items must be returned in substantially the same condition with included accessories when applicable.

Opened software, digital goods, and items marked final sale may not be eligible for return. Restocking fees may apply to certain returns — we will explain this before processing your return.
