Buying from Electronix Hub

Do you sell new or used devices?

We carry premium new and pre-owned electronics — iPhones, MacBooks, iPads, gaming consoles, and accessories. Product condition is listed on each item in our shop.

What payment methods do you accept?

Online orders can be paid with PayPal, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and other options shown at checkout. In-store purchases accept cash and major cards.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes. You can visit our Houston or Chicago area store during business hours. Call ahead if you need help locating a specific item.

Selling & trade-ins

How do I get a quote to sell my device?

Use our Sell To Us tool to pick your device and condition for an instant estimate, or view our Selling Price List for current buy rates. Final offers are confirmed after inspection.

How do I get paid when I sell?

After we inspect your device, we typically pay by cash, Zelle, or PayPal — whichever you prefer and we agree on at checkout.

Do I need the original box or accessories?

Original packaging and accessories can increase your offer but are not always required. Include chargers, cases, or extra controllers when you have them.

What are your store hours?

We are open Mon–Sat: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM at both locations unless noted otherwise on holidays.
